Goodbye Letter Dear NY, It's been very difficult for me to tell you this. It was very nice to meet you, but now is time to leave.  Don't be sad, it's not you, really, it's me.  Is was such a great experience, better than I expected. And, although it seems selfish of me , I got exactly what I was looking for from you. However, I'm not going to miss your disgusting and hot underground tunnels full of rats, the constant movement of "blind " people at peak hours, the nearly 4 hours that I lose every day moving, the mountains of garbage accumulated in the streets , the weird people or the diversity of smells, ( especially the "odor" of pee on rainy days ).  I will miss you for your delicious bagels , the breeze of the Hudson River through the Riverside Park, my biking to explore your streets , your huge avenues , your honest taxi drivers, the diversity of food , the contrast between Brooklyn and Manhattan , the views o...

My favorite NYC Places 1- Heritage: Morris-Jumel Mansion - Washington Heights (My favorite place, the oldest building in Manhattan, just near our flat!) The NY Met Cloisters - Inwood Guastavino's vaults and domes: City Hall- Street level Called “the world’s most beautiful former subway station” by Forgotten NY. It was closed to passenger service on 1945 and after 9/11 security measures restricting access to the areas around City Hall. Now, if you want to see it, there is only two possible ways:   1- With the MTA Tour: "THE JEWEL IN THE CROWN: OLD CITY HALL STATION". For 40 $, some specific days on their calendar, you can see properly the station. (http://www.mta.info/mta/museum/programs.htm/). 2- Take the City Hall entrance above and go to the downtown platform of the green line. There wait until the train 6 stops, (last stop), and enter.
