Job details overview:
You will be working day to day with internal stakeholders, performing a variety of functions, including but not limited to:
• Building industry leading e-commerce solutions
• Developing best practice development procedures for Magento Community & Enterprise projects, online tools, small to mid-size & large business
• Ongoing maintenance and development of Magento ecommerce platforms






Skills Required:
• 5+ years overall experience for extension development, module installation with knowledge of Model–view–controller (MVC) & coding standards under Magento platform
• 3+ years' experience in development of Magento/ Zend based ecommerce sites.
• 3+ years stack experience in LAPM (Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL)
• PHP framework experience (Zend, Cake, Symfony)
• Expert front-end development skills in XML file structure, HTML, CSS, PHP 5.3+, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax
• Experience in working with template design, payment gateway integration and customization.
• "Experience an advantage" Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, Web Designing
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently with existing and developed code
Additional Expectations:
• Experience managing a development project lifecycle
• An understanding of browser compatibility and testing methods
• Ability to explain technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of understanding
• Excellent documentation skills with effective Project & People Management Skills
Soft Skills:
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude,
• Must have dedication, commitment towards work, capacity to work independently and also as a part of team
• Must be able to use development standard 3rd party software.
